Job description:
is required for Soleek Lab • A lot of this is discussions with the team to gather consensus around what the value proposition of your brand is for customers
• After this, your goal is to communicate this value by working with designers on the logo, mascot, design, swag, and key interactions with users
• Work with product team to make sure product is adhering to brand promises
• Write a document on brand voice and examples that adhere to this. For example, how this translates to your social media and email interactions
• Update whenever appropriate on how the company is performing against the brand promises - both good and bad stories
• Audience
• Manage your content, social media strategy
• Track key metrics in the customer funnel from visits down to your final goal (purchase, engagement, referral). Summarize and lead weekly meetings on metrics for the team
• Increase conversions wherever needed through the funnel, i.e. increase visits to sign-up.
• Collaborate on email strategy with design/product, i.e. sign-up flow, notifications, lapsed user re-activation.
• Talk to your customers. Summarize key findings on how you are meeting customer needs and how they are using your product. Any good news stories are also great to share.
• Overall, be scrappy. Do whatever you can to build audience and convert them through the funnel.
Benefits: - Salary: 5000 LE + bonus half month for every 3 months
